Return Policy

You may return any artwork within 14 days of receiving the work subject to a 30% restocking charge. If you wish to make a return, please email us at service@sumitdua.com or call 323-553-1382. 

Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. 

You are responsible for shipping costs. We cannot provide refunds for shipping and handling costs, nor can we cover the cost of returning an order. However, if you are returning an item because it was defective or because it was not the correct item, we will pay the return shipping costs.

 

Artwork Damaged in Transit 

If your package appears damaged, please call us immediately at 323-553-1382 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. If you discover the damage after you’ve unpacked the print, retain all of the original packing materials. Please include the following details in your email: 

• Photo of the damage to your artwork 

• Photo of the shipping box it arrived in

 • Order number 

• Brief description of the damage

 

How to Return Artwork 

1. Contact us by either emailing us at service@sumitdua.com or call 323-553-1382 with the following information:   Your name, contact phone number and details of the return. 

2. We will start the refund process and send you a return shipping address. 

3. Repack and ship the print in its original packaging materials. If the print is damaged in return shipping due to packaging error, you will be responsible.  You are responsible for return shipping costs.  

4. Email all shipping details including the tracking number to service@sumitdua.com

5. We require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.

 

Refunds 

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt and acceptance of your return. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus a 30% restocking fee. We cannot accept items that have been altered or damaged during unpacking or installation. You will receive an email when we receive your return and verify that it is undamaged and in new condition.

 

Cancellations 

Any order that is not a special order or customer order can be cancelled prior to the production of the work. Please email us at service@sumitdua.com or call 323-553-1382 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
